Four national-scale projects
Each has a short case study, and the full details are one click away.
8th Pay Commission demand portal
Replaced an Excel sheet with a working portal in about a month, for the Commission that reviews pay for about 70 lakh people.
Green Hydrogen certification portal
India's national certification portal for green hydrogen, launched by the Minister on 1 July 2026. No process existed, so it was defined first.
Wind-energy application portfolio
A loss-making unit supporting about 55 applications for wind turbines, turned to about 15% profit in six months.
National cooperative registry
Moved a paper-based national registry online. The law had to be amended first, then the platform was built.
Engineer first, then consultant, now project manager
I started as an engineer, building mainframe automation and then blockchain systems. At EY I moved into government consulting, working with ministries on national platforms. For the last few years I have been managing whole projects, now at BDO India for NeGD under MeitY.
I have worked across government, cooperatives, energy and immigration. AI is the newest part of my work: I use it to deliver faster, and I scope it into products where it helps.
Large projects succeed when the product, the process, the rules and the technology are designed together.
